Requirements
Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Services, or Front Office within a 5-star hotel is highly preferred. Proficiency in using property management and guest service systems (e.g., Opera, HotSOS). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong local knowledge of Doha's dining, entertainment, and cultural scene. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (Arabic or others) are a strong advantage.
