About the Role:The position requires a detail-oriented and strategic professional to drive operational efficiency within the Business Excellence Department. You will provide essential guidance in mapping, analyzing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes. This role demands a blend of technical expertise in process mining and ERP systems with the ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives.Responsibilities:1. Business Process Management (BPM)• Design, document, and manage end-to-end business processes.• Develop and maintain As-Is and To-Be process maps.• Lead process improvement initiatives across departments.• Ensure processes are aligned with organizational objectives and best practices.2. Process Mining• Utilize process mining tools to analyze and discover process patterns.• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and deviations in current processes.• Generate data-driven insights to support process optimization decisions.3. ERP Systems• Collaborate with IT and business units on ERP-related process documentation.• Support ERP implementation and enhancement projects from a process perspective.• Ensure process alignment with ERP system capabilities and workflows.4. Quality Management• Support the development and implementation of quality frameworks and standards.• Monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.• Conduct quality audits and assessments and prepare findings reports.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or a related field.• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, quality, or a related function.• Proficiency in BPM tools and process mapping methodologies.• Knowledge of process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, ProM) is an advantage.Required Skills:Strong analytical and communication skills.ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.Deep understanding of quality standards, auditing techniques, and compliance frameworks.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while adhering to strict timelines and quality standards.
