Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Database Technologies. Deep understanding of Database Server Technologies - MongoDB, Postgres, Oracle (RAC / Standalone and Exadata), MySQL, MS SQL Server. Strong knowledge of key technologies: Devops technologies (CI/CD pipelines), Container Registries, Ansible. Detailed Database fault finding / performance tuning experience. Creating standard Database / Container Images across on premises (OpenShift / VMware) and cloud. Experience in Kubernetes in Cloud.
Description
Job Description:-Drive automated database builds across MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle (RAC/Standalone/Exadata), MySQL, and MS SQL Server.-Create deployable bare-metal, virtual server, and containerized database configurations.-Work with Red Hat OpenShift, VMware, and Oracle Exadata across database virtual hosts and containers.-Provide deep technical expertise across core database technologies, including adoption of new features and capabilities.-Understand database integration with operating systems, Active Directory, backup, and other external technologies.-Design and deploy databases in High Availability environments.-Define database standards and security frameworks with relevant stakeholders.-Optimize database performance across I/O, memory, CPU, indexing, and partitioning.-Implement database monitoring for errors and performance, integrating with enterprise monitoring, logging, and SIEM platforms.-Develop AI solutions for Engineering and BAU/business database operations.-Build automated solutions using PowerShell, Bash, Python, and other automation tools.Job Requirements:-Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).-6+ years of experience in Enterprise Database Technologies.-Deep understanding of Database Server Technologies - MongoDB, Postgres, Oracle (RAC / Standalone and Exadata), MySQL, MS SQL Server.-Strong knowledge of key technologies: - Devops technologies (CI/CD pipelines), Container Registries, Ansible-Detailed Database fault finding / performance tuning experience-Creating standard Database / Container Images across on premises (OpenShift / VMware) and cloud-Certified PostgresSQL DBA-Certified MongoDB Associate DBA-Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate.-Certified Oracle Database Administration-Oracle Certified Professional – HA-Oracle Exadata Database Machine Certified Implementation Specialist Certification-Oracle Certificed Professional MySql-Experience in Kubernetes in Cloud
