High proficiency in English and good computer skills are essential.

JOB PURPOSE:Responsible for the independent quality assurance of assessment decisions for programs offered within theATA program, in accordance with internal quality assurance procedures and the standards set by externalbodies such as NQC and OPITO. Deliver technical training within their discipline to support the development ofAGC employees and achieve growth objectives through innovative initiatives in their area of expertise. TheSpecialist is expected to work independently and uphold the highest levels of professionalism in all aspects oftheir work.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Job Specific: Ensure the quality and consistency of assessment decisions made by the Assessors. Ensure that the assessment processes comply with required quality assurance systems. Provide feedback to Assessors on the judgements they have made about Candidates competence. Fully understand the content of, and the assessment requirements for, the Standard(s) for which theyhave responsibility for verifying. Internally verify assessments as per verification bodies requirements, Assessors and Candidates –including interim verification. Provide feedback, advice, and support to Assessors. Comply with the internal verification processes and quality procedures for the Standard(s). Maintain records of internal verification activities for the Standard(s). Conduct and/or participate in standardization activities to ensure a consistent approach to assessmentis maintained. Participate in, and support, their organization's internal quality systems and ensure that any correctiveactions and recommendations required following internal audits are carried out in a timely manner. Ensure effective quality control and continuous improvement in all aspects of this post in keeping withexisting policies and developing quality assurance systems. Train AGC employees as qualified assessors. Develop and update training materials and other learning resources in line with learning objectives. Ensure that courses are conducted according to the technical requirements and safety precautions inforce. Support business growth objectives by attending internal and external events to promote availability oftrainings. Prepare promotional materials to highlight current training offerings. Support growth area with new initiatives to expand (Business Case with profit projections, mappingexercises etc). Maintain the currency of their skills and must participate in regular updates / training / ContinuousProfessional Development (CPD) activities. Perform other related duties at ADNOC sites as required.Generic: Develop and manage operational plans for the Department in line with Division objectives, converting them intoperformance objectives to achieve goals.
