Job PurposeFabricate and install Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) cladding for signage structures, storefronts, and building facades, ensuring precise cutting, routing, and fixing in line with approved drawings and industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMeasure, mark, and cut ACP sheets to required sizes using panel saws, routers, and hand toolsPerform V-grooving and folding of ACP panels to form corners, returns, and box shapes for signage and claddingBond and assemble ACP panels onto substructures using appropriate adhesives, rivets, and mechanical fixingsInstall ACP cladding on signboard faces, monument signs, storefronts, and building facades as per approved layoutsEnsure cladding is fixed securely, weatherproofed, and finished with clean, aligned jointsCoordinate with the Welding/Fabrication team on substructure requirements before cladding installationWork at height using scaffolding, mobile elevated work platforms (MEWP), or ladders for site cladding installation, following safety proceduresCarry out site measurements and template-taking prior to fabrication for accurate panel sizingInspect installed cladding for alignment, sealant application, and finish qualityMaintain ACP cutting/routing tools and report material wastage or equipment issues
