Requirements
Bachelor's / Associate degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles, with a focus on MARAFIQ compliance.A Valid MARAFIQ Approval.A Valid Ajeer & GOSI.Strong understanding of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.Experience conducting safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders.Certification in health and safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver HSE training programs successfully.Experience in incident investigation and response management.Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Knowledge of emergency preparedness and response techniques is an asset.
