Requires 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Project Management, with experience managing 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion cloud implementations. Must have managed a consulting team of 10+ resources and possess strong overall Project Management capabilities, including experience with Oracle AIM and OUM methodologies. High-level functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications and strong experience in delivery and implementation within a consultancy/systems integrator are essential. Experience with budget and commercial management, customer experience, change management, project risk mitigation, and issue management is required. Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills are also necessary. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job DescriptionWith 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager your main responsibility will be to oversee a team of Consultants and Client personnel, guiding them through all phases of Oracle Fusion implementation projects. This role requires extensive project management expertise within a Consulting firm, as well as a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications and the ability to facilitate successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions, providing structure discipline, guidance and direction.Working in partnership with a client-side project manager, the role involves a range of duties, including project planning, communication, coordination, issue management, risk reduction, escalation, and budget tracking. The individual will serve as a liaison between technical, functional, and client-side resources during implementation and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent project management and leadership abilities, and possess a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Participate in the preparation of proposals and statements of work, develop project estimates, work plans, staffing plans and advise on implementation strategy.Manage information technology ERP projects/programs for client organizations and ensure project requirements are appropriately specified to allow timely, high-quality delivery.Develop detailed project plans with identifiable critical paths, task dependencies, and major milestones, and manage the agreed project plans and schedules.Estimate and qualify the resources needed to achieve ERP implementation success and on-going support goals.Identify and escalate critical implementation issues where Convelox expertise and partner influence may be required.Provide performance feedback to project team members.
