Description
Duties and Responsibilities: Lead flow assurance activities for surface, subsurface, and process systems. Perform multiphase flow modeling using OLGA (transient) and Pipesim (steady-state) and similar tools. Conduct fluid characterization using PVTsim, MULTIFLASH, or equivalent software. Support production engineering, facility design, and reservoir engineering projects. Participate in hydraulic-simulation-based concept-to-execution studies. Respond to operational issues promptly, making swift, informed decisions. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Petroleum, or Mechanical Engineering from an internationally recognized and approved program. Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years in a petroleum engineering organization, including at least 5 years in flow assurance. Required Skills: Expertise in multiphase flow modeling and fluid characterization. Experience in production engineering, flow assurance, and facility design. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to work with advanced multiphase simulators. Ability to respond to operational situations 24/7. Preferred Certificate: SPE Certification Nature of Work and Work Schedule: Experienced professional role based in Dhahran. Primarily office-based with potential fieldwork as required. May require round-the-clock availability to address operational challenges.
