Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling, with 5 to 10 years of experience in FP&A, Business Partnering, Shared Services, or Audit within a large multinational organization. Strong expertise in forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L management is required, along with advanced Excel skills and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with BPC reporting tools is advantageous.

You will lead the preparation and review of quarterly bottom-up forecasts, annual budgets, and month-end close analyses, while partnering with business leaders to provide strategic financial insights, support decision-making, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth and profitability.Main responsibilities will include:Implement FP&A practices within the MMS and APM Business Units.Apply best practices in line with the Simplify & Standardize approach.Communicate the FP&A calendar across the MMS and APM META organization.Own the P&L and financial reporting for the MMS and APM Business Units within the region.Collaborate with BP&A Connected Care Team.Work closely with SGA Analysts.Analyze and explain variances between CCP and FSM, as well as RevP and FSM.Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all data provided to stakeholders.Maintain communication with the Global Reporting Team regarding specific reports.Serve as the first point of support for the BU Controller in monitoring P&L performance for the MMS and APM BU region.Partner with SGA Analysts to address inquiries and performance related to expenses.Partner with VP and CBL to address questions related to revenue and gross profit performance.Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team on topics such as inventory and shipment-related data.Work alongside the BU Controller to prepare and validate financials.Participate in review calls and meetings with VP's and CBLs for ASR, Budget, and PRJ preparation, ensuring targets are met and providing guidance on corrective actions when needed.Attend calls and meetings with the BU Controller for MEC purposes.Prepare Risks & Opportunities (R&O) and Outlook.Act as a sparring partner to META Business Leaders.Contribute to cross‑finance and BU‑specific projects.Conduct P&L and ROI analysis for projects.Identify and explore value‑creation opportunities.Support team development and operational excellence by onboarding and training new team members, participating in recruitment activities, coaching and retaining analysts, helping prioritize team workloads, and providing guidance and best practices to SGA Analysts to ensure effective workload distribution and high-quality deliverables.About youBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field.5 to 10 years of experience in FP&A, Business Partnering, Shared Services, Audit, or a large multinational organization.Strong expertise in forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L management.Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and presentation capabilities.Experience with BPC reporting tools is an advantage.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English additional language skills are a plus.A collaborative mindset with a passion for partnership, knowledge sharing, and working effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Why Join UsTo find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
