Recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, or any relevant studies such as Chemical Engineering and Quality Management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong Proficiency in MS Office and research-based analysis.

About this Position Quality Boost Graduate Development Program, for a duration of 18 months, where you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality standards and maintaining Quality and process performance.What You´ll Do Monitor and audit day-to-day shop-floor activities against approved quality standards, specifications, and SOPs, identifying and closing gaps between documented standards and on-ground execution. Track, control, and document all formula and process changes, maintaining ZP (formula/process specification) documentation and full change-history records. Identify, investigate, and resolve day-to-day quality problems and non-conformances on the shop floor, driving root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions. Maintain and continuously update quality standards, specifications, and control plans in line with current regulatory and corporate requirements. Conduct regular gemba walks/on-site inspections to compare actual operating practice against documented standards and report deviations. Support internal and external quality audits, ensuring formula records, ZP files, and batch documentation are accurate, current, and audit-ready.
