Role OverviewThe role is a Senior BIM MEP Coordinator based in Qatar.The position requires seven or more years of experience in MEP BIM leadership.The role is on-site and requires relocation to Qatar.Key ResponsibilitiesLead MEP BIM coordination across HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.Deliver clash-free, constructible models through rigorous coordination.Interface directly with design consultants, contractors, and site teams.Resolve clashes and drive model sign-off.Technical ExpertiseAdvanced proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD MEP, and BIM 360/ACC is required.Experience delivering BIM coordination on large-scale GCC projects is required.Strong understanding of regional codes, standards, and client expectations is required.Education RequirementA BE or B.Tech degree is mandatory.Location and Work ArrangementThe position is on-site in Qatar.Relocation to Qatar is required.EmploymentThe position is full time.
