Project Manager – ConstructionLocation: 6th of October City, EgyptEmployment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a new construction project in 6th of October City from mobilization through final handover.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all day-to-day construction activities on site.Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, consultants, and suppliers.Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedule.Monitor daily progress and ensure project milestones are achieved.Coordinate sequencing of civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.Review construction methods and resolve technical/site issues.Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources.Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE requirements.Conduct regular site inspections and coordination meetings.Identify delays and coordinate corrective actions to maintain the schedule.Coordinate inspections, testing, snagging, and final handover.Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management on site status
