Additionally, demonstrate the features and benefits of the products to customers.Achieve assigned sales targets, collect owed debts, and follow up on every pharmacy inventory regularly.Organize work schedule and plans daily / weekly/monthly / annually in order to keep management informed up to date by customer needs /problems and interests regularly.Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems to win customer satisfaction and loyalty, developing/recommending solutions, preparing reports regularly.Gather current marketplace information on pricing, products, and new products in addition to monitoring the area sales achievement regularly.Build positive working relationships internally and externally in addition to adapting new selling techniques which will impact positively.
