Requirements
The Production Supervisor role requires a Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science with 2-5 years of experience in similar roles. Candidates must have knowledge and experience in semisolid manufacturing, packaging operations for automated lines, solid dosage forms, and manual operations. Familiarity with ERP Systems (SAP) and Serialization system operations is essential. Excellent computer, communication, interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills are required.

Responsible for the performance of his respective area in the dimensions of Safety, Quality/compliance, Supply, Financialsand People. Ensure achieving team goals including but not limited to targeted OEE & All key performance indicators for throughcascading objectives to direct reports & efficient resources utilization.Responsible for SOPs and any other production related documents update/review.Ensure team compliance with good documentation practice.Participate in his area Quality/Safety investigations, changes & ensure implanting actions on time.Ensure team adherence to SOPs, MBRs and any other instructions.Ensure team compliance with cGMP, Policies (including data integrity/ALCOA principles), MOH & other regulatory requirements.Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work procedures.Manages the performance of direct reports through goal setting, ongoing assessment & development, coaching with continuous feedback, appraising & recognition in addition to talent retention.Participate in screening, interviewing, and hiring new operators/workers.Continuous improvement culture within his team and lead by example.Develop and maintain company values within the team in day-to-day communications/activities.Lead any assigned task/job from his manager.Delegate for Production section head in case of his absence.Experience and Knowledge:2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.Have a good knowledge and experience in both semisolid manufacturing operations and packaging operation for automated lines Solid dosage forms and manual operations.Good Knowledge of ERP Systems SAPExperienced in handling Serialization system operations and technical issues.Excellent computer skills.Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science.Excellent Communication SkillsTeam player, with strong interpersonal and coaching skills.Demonstrates strong technical/functional knowledge needed to coach direct reports on day-to-day activities.Excellent leadership skillsExcellent English languageYellow belt is a plusAt Viatris, we offer competitive salaries, benefits and an inclusive environment where you can use your experiences, perspectives and skills to help make an impact on the lives of others.Viatris is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
