Requirements
Requires at least 6 years of combined related work experience and higher education, including at least 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, support, project/program management, client relationship management, or other client-facing HCIT solution work, and at least 5 years of additional work experience directly related to the job duties or completed higher education. A high school diploma is required. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience, and at least 2 years of project management experience. PMP certification is also preferred.
Description

As an Adoption Manager, you will collaborate with internal and external client stakeholders to execute adoption and efficiency plans to achieve client goals. You will manage and direct project scope, while identifying risk areas and proposing resolution strategies to leadership. In addition, you will localize the client adoption plan by sharing best practices and leveraging behavior change techniques and adult learning principles. You will function as an integral part of the Adoption community; mentoring and educating other associates on adoption strategy and ensuring best practices are being observed and rolled out across engagements.
