The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients and contribute to high standards of intensive care delivery. Key responsibilities Provide consultant-level care to critically ill and high-dependency patients. Manage complex medical and surgical intensive care cases. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized critical care plans. Manage mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic support, sepsis, multi-organ failure, and other critical conditions. Perform and supervise appropriate invasive and non-invasive critical care procedures. Coordinate patient care with emergency medicine, surgery, cardiology, and other specialties. Participate in rapid response, resuscitation, and emergency management. Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding treatment plans and clinical progress. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
