Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Requires 10+ years of experience in luxury residential villas, high-end interior design, interior fit-out, or turnkey residential projects, with proven experience managing the complete interior design lifecycle. Must have strong experience in FF&E, furniture selection, custom furniture design, fabrics, finishes, lighting, accessories, and product specification, along with excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software like 3ds Max and SketchUp, and rendering engines such as V-Ray, Enscape, or similar is required. GCC or Qatar experience is an advantage.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer with proven expertise in luxury residential villas and complete turnkey interior projects.The ideal candidate must be capable of leading the complete interior design journey from the initial client brief and concept development through detailed design, material selection, FF&E, furniture selection and design, styling, execution, installation, and final project handover.This is a comprehensive design role covering every element of the interior, including space planning, finishes, lighting, kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, bespoke joinery, loose and custom-made furniture, fabrics, accessories, and decorative elements.The role requires strong creativity, technical design knowledge, FF&E expertise, and excellent client-facing skills. The candidate must be able to understand the client's lifestyle and vision, develop a complete design direction, clearly present and explain concepts, and guide the client through every design and selection decision while considering aesthetics, functionality, quality, and budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the complete interior design journey from initial client brief to final handover for luxury villas and high-end residential projects.Develop the overall design vision, concept, style, and interior identity for each project.Translate client lifestyle, requirements, preferences, and budget into creative, functional, and sophisticated interior solutions.Prepare and oversee space planning, mood boards, concept presentations, material palettes, detailed design development, and 3D visualizations.Present design concepts professionally to clients and clearly communicate the design vision and rationale behind proposed solutions.Guide clients throughout the complete design, material, furniture, and product selection process.Develop cohesive designs covering the entire villa, including flooring, ceilings, walls, lighting, kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, joinery, doors, furniture, fabrics, artwork, accessories, and decorative elements.Lead the FF&E process, including selection and specification of loose furniture, custom-made furniture, fabrics, upholstery, rugs, lighting, artwork, accessories, and decorative items.Design or provide creative direction for bespoke and custom furniture where required.Ensure furniture layouts, dimensions, finishes, fabrics, and specifications are fully coordinated with the overall interior concept.Maintain strong knowledge of new materials, international design trends, furniture trends, innovative products, luxury brands, and emerging interior technologies.Source and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, accessories, and interior products based on the project's design direction and budget.Coordinate with technical designers, project managers, site teams, quantity surveyors, procurement teams, suppliers, manufacturers, and installation teams.Review technical and shop drawings to ensure they accurately reflect the approved design intent.Conduct site visits and provide continuous design direction throughout execution and installation.Review samples, mock-ups, finishes, furniture, and materials before final approval.Oversee the furniture placement, styling, accessories, and final interior presentation before project handover.Ensure the approved design concept and quality are maintained throughout the entire project, from concept to completion and final styling.Resolve design and site-related challenges with practical, creative, and aesthetically appropriate solutions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.10+ years of experience in luxury residential villas, high-end interior design, interior fit-out, or turnkey residential projects.Proven experience managing the complete interior design lifecycle from initial concept through execution, furniture, styling, and final handover.Strong experience in FF&E, furniture selection, custom furniture design, fabrics, finishes, lighting, accessories, and product specification.Strong understanding of luxury residential interiors and the ability to create a complete and cohesive interior environment, not only architectural or fit-out design.Excellent client-facing, communication, presentation, and concept storytelling skills.Ability to confidently advise and guide high-end clients throughout the design and selection journey.Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, lighting, joinery, furniture, fabrics, and interior products.Excellent awareness of current and upcoming design trends, new materials, innovative solutions, luxury furniture, and emerging interior technologies.Strong portfolio demonstrating completed luxury villas and high-end residential projects, including interior design and furniture/FF&E.Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D design software such as 3ds Max and SketchUp.Experience with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Enscape, or similar tools.Strong creativity, aesthetic sense, technical understanding, and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.GCC or Qatar experience is an advantage.
