Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience as an IT System Administrator or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking. Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP administration and user support. Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V) is preferred. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or AWS) is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or CompTIA) are a plus.
Description
Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations, and end-user devices. Install, configure, and support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and business applications. Monitor system performance and ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT services. Administer Active Directory, user accounts, email services, permissions, and access controls. Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and VPN connectivity. Administer and support the company's Odoo ERP system, including user management, system configuration, troubleshooting, and coordination with external vendors. Provide technical support to Odoo ERP users and ensure the system operates efficiently to support business operations. Perform system backups and ensure disaster recovery and business continuity procedures are in place. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Provide technical support to employees and deliver excellent IT services across the organization. Manage IT assets, software licenses, and inventory. Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required. Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations. Support IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and future technology initiatives.
