Our focus is on providing consistent product quality, reliable supply, and practical support to meet our customers requirements.About the JobPosition: Assistant AccountantKey Responsibilities• Ledger Management: Record daily cash transactions, sales, and purchase ledgers.• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process vendor invoices, issue customer bills, and track payments.• Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to find and fix discrepancies.• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing profit and loss statements, trial balances, and monthly management accounts.Core Requirements & Skills• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or a similar position.• Software Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools like Tally.• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and basic arithmetic.• Communication: Good writing and speaking skills to handle vendor and client queries.
