KBR is looking for a commissioning superintendents mechanical (rotating) with offshore site experience in MEGA EPC projects to be based in Abu Dhabi for a PMC project.
Experience required:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a must. Having a minimum of 18 years of relevant experience in the commissioning/operation readiness position with experience in the GCC region as preference. Must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in oil & gas or petrochemical projects with preference of commissioning sour gas, hydrogen production, hydrodesulfurization projects.
Coordinate with licensors and vendors to ensure close monitoring of commissioning activities are within licensors and vendors guiding procedures.
Responsible for the progress of commissioning activities of sales gas and condensate area.
Review pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures. Provide the required advice and support for senior commissioning manager.
Review commissioning manuals issued by EPC contractor or vendors. Verify mechanical completion certificates requirements for various systems and subsystems.
Participate in commissioning meetings and other related meetings.
Participate in troubleshooting analysis to resolve commissioning obstacles.
Verify the readiness of systems/subsystems for mechanical completion and ready for start-up certificates issuance.
Monitor and approve the close out of punch lists in his area.
Ensure completion and handover methodology is proceeding in compliance with related contractual documents.
