BIM Specialist (Architectural / Mechanical / Electrical)Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering is a MUST.• Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar positions.• Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the software industry.• Proficiency in Revit software.• A strong understanding of the BIM workflow.• Excellent level in English.• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.• Ability to articulate complex technical information to non- technical audiences.• Familiarity with 4D modeling is a plus.• Knowledge of programming tools such as Dynamo or Python is a plus.• Preferably owning a car.• Priority will be given to candidates with previous experience as an instructor.
