Required skills include advanced knowledge of MS-Office Tools (Excel, Outlook), Body Repair, Basic On-board Diagnostics, and general Automobile Technical Knowledge. Knowledge of Hybrid Systems is an advantage.

Synopsis of this role is to efficiently manage all Fleet BAU, day to day activities, in a methodical manner. To set Objectives and to achieve incremental progress against each. Implement Operational strategies, adopting best industry practices, continuous improvements.ResponsibilitiesSTRATEGIC :Contribute to Technical Assessment of Scope and KPI's with Workshops/Stakeholders,> Driving and Monitoring SLA & KPI documentations of self, Team.> Auditing Stake holders against Critical parameters, especially those which are critical to BCP.> Ensures compliance to policies and regulatory requirements in line with the directives of SVP Fleet> Process re-engineering related to supplier settlements & approvals, Data retention & Accuracy, Modus Of Operandi> Definition of Scope of all relevant contracts in line with the contextual Strategic initiatives.> Defining standards to Parameters like, asset performance, Maintenance Trends, and for Other similar Comparisons.> Assist in preparing the annual maintenance budget and tracking expenses against forecasts.> Relationship management with Internal Stakeholders and Effective Reporting.> Assess and Contribute in continuous improvement of ERP, from Fleet Context, Working closely with IT BP.> Drive Initiatives, especially related to Cost Saving, Efficiency enhancement etc.OperationalEnsure average WIP in Fleet's Custody is less than 1.5% of total fleet.>Ensure measures are in place to limit the quality rejections less than 1% of total throughput.>Ensure measures are in place to monitor Spare parts inventory management.>Ensure measures are in place to monitor seamless and end-end data capture.>Manage Master Data's. conduct periodic reviews.>Ensure sanity in documentation of end-end in vehicle on-boarding & off-boarding process.>Manage Mechanical Maintenance, Accident Repair, Insurance Claims and Negotiations.>Vendor Management.>Report insights from; regular analytical reports and ground reality.People ManagementSets performance goals at the beginning of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all competencies and skills required to perform the role.
