Configure EC modules including Job Information, Compensation, Time Off, and Workflows. Support data migration, integration testing, and UAT. Assist in requirement gathering and documentation. Resolve configuration issues and support go-live activities. Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, including pre-payroll activities, simulation, posting to FI, and post-payroll processes. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Support Compensation Management. Provide technical and functional support for SAP Payroll issues. Create and maintain documentation. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts. Support audits and reporting. Must have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience. At least 5 end-to-end SuccessFactors EC implementations. Strong understanding of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and info types. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Support Compensation Management, including salary structures, merit increases, promotions, and bonus plans. Provide technical and functional support for SAP Payroll issues, including investigation and resolution of payroll discrepancies. Create and maintain documentation for configuration, process flows, and user guides. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts, including testing and training.
