Description
Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers and potential clients to promote company products.Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.Present products, prices, offers, and technical features to customers.Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.Conduct market visits and monitor competitors, prices, and market trends.Collect customer feedback and report market information to management.Coordinate with the sales, marketing, warehouse, and delivery teams.Ensure proper product availability and timely customer service.Prepare daily visit reports and regular sales activity reports.Follow up on outstanding payments and customer accounts when required.Represent the company professionally during customer visits and market activities.Comply with company policies, sales procedures, and safety requirements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in paints or building materials.Good communication and negotiation skills.Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.Good knowledge of the local market and customer base.Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.Good computer skills, especially MS Office.Valid driving license is preferred.
