Requirements
Work with the project team to devise and implement strategies, policies and procedures for marketing & communications activities for the Exhibition Dept and its portfolio of exhibitionsDevelop innovative marketing campaigns, tools and activities Assist the project and project managers in pitching for corporate sponsorsUndertake the development and production of all marketing collateral in conjunction with Project Managers across range of regional and international exhibitions from the company’s portfolioWork with the project team to develop the shows through database building, research and enhanced exhibition offerings e.g. conference programmers, gala dinners, awards ceremony’sSource, negotiate and manage external support agencies including printers, design, marketing, PR, photography and mediaManage exhibition onsite activities including press conferences, press days and media centersDevelop and research new show ideas and markets, research and develop dedicated Data management procedures for the whole department

The Assistant Manager – Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and communications plans to support the Exhibition Department and its portfolio of regional and international events. The role involves leading campaign development, managing external agencies, supporting sponsorship efforts, and ensuring impactful marketing collateral and on-site event presence. The position plays a key role in enhancing brand visibility, audience engagement, and the overall success of the exhibitions.
