Prepare surfaces (sanding, degreasing, masking, filling) before painting fabricated signage componentsMix paints and match colours accurately to Pantone/RAL/NCS codes specified in approved artworkApply primer, base coat, and top coat using spray guns, rollers, or brushes as appropriate to the substrate (metal, acrylic, ACP, wood, MDF)Apply UV-resistant, weatherproof, and anti-corrosive coatings suited for outdoor signage exposed to UAE climate conditionsCarry out touch-up and rework on installed signage where paint damage is reportedMaintain spray booths, spray guns, compressors, and painting equipment in clean working conditionFollow safety procedures for handling paints, thinners, and solvents, including proper use of PPE and ventilationCoordinate with the Fabrication and Graphics teams to confirm colour specifications before starting workMaintain paint stock, report shortages, and minimize material wastageEnsure finished work meets quality standards before handover to the Installation team
