Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, or technical support. Good knowledge of networking technologies including LAN, WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and switching. Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware or Hyper-V, and Microsoft Azure. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
Description
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to support and maintain the company's network, server, and cloud infrastructure across headquarters, branches, factories, and warehouses. The role focuses on ensuring secure, reliable connectivity while supporting on-premises systems and Microsoft Azure services.Responsibilities: Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, and internet connectivity.Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, connectivity issues, and network performance.Maintain secure connectivity between company sites, data centers, and Microsoft Azure.Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms.Assist with Azure networking services, virtual networks, VPN Gateway, and hybrid infrastructure.Support network security, firewall policies, MFA, access controls, and infrastructure monitoring.Perform backups, patching, preventive maintenance, and disaster recovery testing.Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and infrastructure records.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, or technical support.Good knowledge of networking technologies including LAN, WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and switching.Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware or Hyper-V, and Microsoft Azure.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
