Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in agriculture, fresh produce, FMCG, or food manufacturing is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, demand planning, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel is required, along with excellent leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.Reports to: CEOJob SummaryThe Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing Mishkat's end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and demand planning. This role ensures the efficient flow of materials and finished goods, maintains high service levels, controls costs, and supports business growth through effective planning and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.Develop demand and supply plans to ensure product availability while minimizing waste and inventory costs.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve the best value.Monitor inventory levels and warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and product quality.Oversee transportation and delivery operations to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.Collaborate with Sales, Farm Operations, Quality, Production, and Finance to align supply chain activities with business objectives.Monitor supply chain KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement cost-saving initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and applicable regulations.Lead, mentor, and develop the Supply Chain team to drive operational excellence.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.Experience in agriculture, fresh produce, FMCG, or food manufacturing is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and demand planning.Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus) and advanced Microsoft Excel.Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
