The successful candidate will provide high-quality perioperative care, administer anesthesia for a wide range of surgical procedures, and contribute to patient safety through evidence-based clinical practice. Key responsibilities Evaluate patients preoperatively and develop individualized anesthesia plans. Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care for surgical and diagnostic procedures. Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period and manage any anesthesia-related complications. Provide postoperative pain management and critical care support when required. Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and continuing medical education. Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and trainees, where applicable. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
