Job description
Greet and welcome guests to their tables.
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
Present menu and provide detailed information, serve food and beverage orders, and provide a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times, following the hotel's standards of performance.
Responsible for the food hygiene and safety of the outlet by ensuring that all equipment is working properly and are trained to work safely with it.
Perform opening and closing procedures established for the assigned outlet.
Assist in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English.
Experienced in operating the MICROS POS system.
