Responsibilities include performing various surface preparation tasks for cleaning and painting, segregating non-conforming materials, maintaining equipment through daily cleaning and preventative maintenance, producing quality parts, performing testing and documentation, and adhering to safety and work instructions. The role also involves maintaining departmental housekeeping and optimizing production cycles to reduce lead times and costs. A High School diploma or GED is required, along with the physical capacity for prolonged standing and manual labor. The ability to read and understand technical specifications is essential. Preferred qualifications include an Associate's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing and 2-3 years of experience with CNC machinery such as mills, lathes, or grinders.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules.
Preform multiple forms of surface prep for cleaning and painting.
Segregate non-conforming materials according to work instructions.
Maintain equipment with daily cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks.
Produce quality parts/assemblies and eliminate the cost of non-conformance.
Perform all required testing, paperwork, quality records, documents, etc.
Align with all safety and work instructions.
Maintain clear communication within department.
Maintain departmental housekeeping rules, standards, and clean/restock as the need arises.
Reduce lead times and optimize production cycle to conform to "make-to-order".
Maintain competitive cost associated assembly including labor, material, tooling, inventory, etc.
