Requirements
We are looking for a Senior Manager with 12+ years of experience in urban design, master planning, or city planning. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related discipline is required. Proven experience in large-scale projects such as master-planned communities, mixed-use districts, waterfronts, destinations, or urban regeneration projects is essential. Strong expertise in placemaking, walkability, public realm, urban structure, density, movement networks, and development frameworks is necessary. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, managing projects from visioning through approvals, and engaging with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities is highly desirable. GCC or comparable international market experience is preferred. Proficiency in tools like Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Adobe Creative Suite is required, with experience in parametric design, GIS analysis, or AI-enabled design workflows being advantageous.
