Excellent ability to read, develop, review, and approve technical drawings, and strong experience in preparing and reviewing BOQs and material requirements are essential. Ability to transform creative concepts into production-ready technical designs, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production limitations. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Experience in BTL, retail displays, printing, events, or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred.

Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining design layouts, preparing files for print and digital output, and ensuring all materials meet technical specifications and quality standards. The Senior Technical Designer collaborates closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to translate client requirements into accurate, ready-to-execute designs.
