Requirements
Japanese luxury boutique store management experience required. Minimum 3 years as a boutique store manager, preferably with foreign luxury brands (fashion, cosmetics, jewelry, watches). Strong knowledge of store operations, human resources including education and performance management, budgeting, product knowledge, and inventory management. Excellent negotiation skills with department stores and PC skills for store operations. English language skills are a plus. Roles include achieving sales targets, staff development, operational management, client relationship building, and collaborating with department stores.

業務内容
■ブティック売上予算の達成－スタッフに適切な指示を与え、モティベートすることによって予算を達成させる。
■スタッフの指導育成－スタッフにティファニー社の戦略やビジョン、企業倫理を理解させる。
■オペレーション管理－店舗内のすべてのオペレーション（ＴＪオペレーション、商品管理、売上管理、経費管理、セキュリティ管理等）に責任を持ち、効果的かつ効率的管理を行う。
■新規顧客の開拓と顧客管理－顧客との信頼関係を構築し、販売機会を広げる。
百貨店との協力関係構築と強化－百貨店マネジメントに戦略の理解を得て、店舗運営の協力を取り付ける。
学歴
高卒以上 ※宝飾関連、ラグジュアリーブランドなどでの販売・接客経験ある方歓迎
勤務時間：１日7.5時間勤務 シフト制
