Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.● 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, management accounting, or a similar role.● Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.● Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, PivotTables, and data analysis.● Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, SAP, or Oracle is an advantage.● Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is preferred.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.● Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.● Strong communication and presentation skills.● Good command of English.
Description
● Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.● Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, profitability, cash flow, and working capital.● Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections in coordination with different departments.● Perform actual vs. budget vs. forecast analysis and investigate significant variances.● Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support management decisions.● Prepare management dashboards and KPI reports.● Analyze product, customer, channel, and business-unit profitability.● Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.● Support the preparation of the annual operating plan and long-term financial plan.● Provide financial analysis for new products, pricing decisions, investments, and business initiatives.● Prepare cash flow forecasts and support working-capital analysis.● Work closely with Accounting to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information.● Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.● Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.● Support the Finance Manager/CFO in presentations and business reviews.● Ensure data integrity and consistency between the ERP system and management reports.● Continuously improve financial reporting, analysis tools, and processes.
