Requirements
Proven experience in a Bar Manager or senior bar leadership position within a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of premium spirits, cocktails, wines and contemporary beverage trends. Experience leading, motivating and developing a high-performing bar team. Strong commercial understanding, including beverage costs, stock control, inventory and revenue performance. Exceptional service standards with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Confident communicator with strong relationship building skills. Naturally hands on, creative, solutions focused and highly organised. Previous experience within the Middle East hospitality market is preferred. Experience within luxury, fine dining or internationally recognised hospitality brands is highly desirable.
