This role combines retail sales expertise with creativity and attention to detail in fragrance blending. Sales & Customer ServiceWelcome customers and provide personalized fragrance recommendations.Understand customer preferences and help them choose suitable perfumes and fragrance oils.Promote products and achieve sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits. Perfume BlendingPrepare and mix custom fragrances according to customer requests.Accurately measure and blend perfume oils while maintaining quality standards.Explain fragrance notes, concentration levels, and product usage to customers. Store OperationsProcess sales transactions using the POS system.Maintain product displays and ensure the shop remains clean and organized.Monitor inventory and report low stock levels.Refill bottles, testers, and packaging materials as needed.
