Requirements
7+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, Technical Lead, or a similar technical leadership role.Strong hands-on experience with one or more of the following:Data CloudAgentforceMarketing CloudIndustry Clouds (Health Cloud, Education Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Automotive Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud)Revenue CloudMuleSoftStrong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and integration patterns.Experience designing enterprise-level solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment strategies.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications.Additional Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Experience leading distributed or cross-functional technical teams.
