You will also be expected to maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and customer area, provide excellent customer service, and work well under pressure.Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standardsProperly handle and maintain all equipmentEnsuring that agreed food hygiene, licensing and safety standards are followed, upheld or surpassed, at all timesLiaising with managers, waiters and runners to ensure smooth operationsCleaning glasses, utensils, bar and bar equipment.Re-stocking bar related supplies such as napkins, glasses, ice, straws, food products and condiments.Correctly dating and storing food, sanitizing equipment and taking other measures to ensure integrity and quality of food products.Job RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferredAbility to use a coffee makerStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence
