Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 15 years experience delivering large-scale MEP/infrastructure projects across complex environments. Strong technical expertise across electrical, mechanical, public health, and integrated systems (BMS, SCADA, FLS, etc.). Proven capability in design management, commissioning and full project lifecycle delivery. Advanced understanding of programme planning, sequencing and critical path management. Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business.
