Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s degree preferred). Valid nursing license from a recognized regulatory body. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive nursing experience. Previous leadership experience in nursing management or supervisory roles. Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulatory requirements.
