About the RoleWe're seeking a QA Engineer for manual testing, with a clear path to automation after mastering the fundamentals and understanding the product. We see manual testing as essential for quality, especially on large platforms. Automation builds on this foundation, so strong manual skills are a must before expanding into automation.Core Responsibilities:Conduct manual testing of the platform, including new and existing features.Write clear test cases and manage tasks using Jira.Monitor Slack for client and sales team communications and report issues.Report bugs with details and follow up until fixed.Update clients and the sales team on fixes.Identify the likely source of issues (frontend, backend, third-party, client-side, etc.).Understand platform behavior and edge cases needing manual testing.Keep the workflow clear with comments, follow-ups, and updates.
