Conduct Bank Position Report daily to determine Accounts balance as of the date.Set Daily entry for foreign currency updates on SAP and share fileReview the expiration dates for LG’S and follow up with sales department in case of renewalConduct actual cash flow report in a monthly basisFollow up on bank transfer orders, review and check GM approval to proceedSending Swift confirmation emails to concerned departmentsPresent Credit advice for Incentives & Subqualities certificate and Send to AR & AccountingConduct cash report between Hayat Egypt and its subsidiariesConduct Export Cash inflow collection reportFollow up with export sales team about status of collectionConduct Physical count for petty cash in a monthly basis
