Our brand stands for timeless versatility, exceptional craftsmanship, and fair practices, catering to the style-conscious and successful women who strive to have it all: confidence, empowerment, and femininity.Founded in 2020, Lili Blanc embodies the vision of elevating the luxury ready-to-wear industry through creativity and a modern twist to women's garments.We are urgently seeking talented and experienced Pattern Makers (Clo3D pattern) to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Pattern Creation: Develop and create accurate patterns from technical packs, ensuring they align with high-end fashion standards and client specifications.Sample Making: Construct samples based on patterns, making necessary adjustments to achieve the desired fit and style as per the design specifications.Grading: Perform grading of patterns to various sizes, ensuring consistency and quality across all sizes.Technical Translation: Interpret and translate technical packs into functional patterns and samples, maintaining design integrity and high standards.Prototypes: Oversee the production of prototypes, ensuring that each prototype aligns with the design vision and production requirements.Customization: Work on special design requests and customized projects for clients, tailoring patterns and samples to meet unique specifications.Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product developers, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of patterns into the final product.Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality throughout the pattern-making and sample creation process, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.Deadline Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Qualifications:Education: Degree in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or a related field.Experience: Extensive experience in pattern making for women's ready-to-wear collections with a focus on high-end brands.Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD systems and pattern-making software.Expertise: Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and grading techniques.Creativity: Ability to interpret design concepts and technical specifications into functional and aesthetically pleasing patterns.Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and precision in pattern creation and sample making.Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and work well under pressure.Adaptability: Flexibility to handle custom design requests and adjust patterns as needed.We WorkMonday- SaturdayInterested candidates can also send their CV to [HIDDEN TEXT]
