Requirements
-5+ years of professional experience in software development-2+ years in a leadership or Tech Lead position-Expertise in Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL-Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and scalable UI frameworks-Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills-Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)-Passion for mentoring, team empowerment, and hands-on coding-(Preferred) Working knowledge of Python for backend or AI/ML tasks
