Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years of GCC experience in stainless steel kitchen equipment manufacturing and fabrication.
Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, stainless steel fabrication and sheet metal work.
Proven experience in preparing fabrication and production drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks is essential.
Ability to interpret architectural, MEP, consultant and kitchen layout drawings and develop fabrication ready drawings.
Good understanding of dimensions, material specifications, welding, bending, folding, assembly and material optimization.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and good command of English.
