- Supervise and Evaluate of Pavement condition using different indices such as Pavement ConditionIndex, Pavement Condition Rating, or Pavement Quality Index using various pavementperformance attributes such as different distresses, Riding Quality (IRI), or Crack Index (CI.- Supervise the identification of Distress type, severity & Quantity.- Supervise and Calculate Pavement Condition Index (PCI) and other indices.- Identifying different pavement layers & thicknesses Evaluation using Ground Penetrating Radar(GPR).Review, study and develop maintenance decision model/tree to come up with maintenance andrehabilitation decisions.- Supervise of Equipment Calibration and Testing including control sites- Preparation of pavement maintenance and rehabilitation strategies based on available ordeveloped decision tree system, which rely on different decision criteria such as PCI, selecteddistresses, IRI, cost estimate, etc.- Preparation of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM) work schedules, andwork progress.- Sound understanding of Infrastructure Asset Management Plans, Infrastructure Asset Registersand Infrastructure Asset Valuations.- Demonstrate high-level written and verbal communication skills in explaining asset management.- Analyse and establish new policies and procedures.- Investigate and develop of road asset renewal programs and associated budget and reportingrequirements, including the investigation and design of road pavements.- Preparation and implementation of Asset Management Plans and budgets utilizing specializedknowledge and analytical skills to formulate and implement recommendations.- Other responsibilities: Prepare scope of work for pavement condition survey, Validation ofcondition survey data, Follow up uploading collected data to database, Prepare work orders,Identify required sections need visual inspection and produce reports, Coordination with theClient to submit reports regarding validity of collected data, Bi-weekly reports, etc.
