Role Description: The Technician is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, responsible for routine and preventive maintenance of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other systems. Tasks include inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The Technician collaborates with property management, manages service requests, maintains documentation, and supports vendors.
