How a stop-loss should be dragged, how much information an order book should display on one screen, where a hotkey should sit — these are details you develop strong opinions about through real trading experience.We're looking for someone who already has that ideal product in mind — and has the ability to build it.What You'll DoOwn the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of core professional trading modules, including advanced charting, market data, order books, trading panels, and order/position management.Define product standards for high-information-density, high-frequency interaction, and mission-critical stability, and drive engineering teams to deliver against those standards.Build the workflows professional traders live in, including direct order placement and modification from charts, visual stop-loss/take-profit management, conditional orders, and keyboard-first execution.Drive the design of cross-exchange position aggregation, leg-level hedging, and cross-venue execution, with the goal of creating a best-in-class trading experience.Track professional-user retention, trading conversion, product engagement, and execution efficiency, and take ownership of the safety, stability, and overall user experience across the trading journey.What We're Looking ForYou are an active trader yourself, trading with your own capital or having traded on a professional trading desk/team. Trading terminals are tools you have used extensively over time.5+ years of product experience, with a proven track record of shipping professional trading terminals, market-data platforms, brokerage, futures, derivatives, or similar trading products.Deep understanding of candlestick charts, market depth, order books, advanced and conditional order types, positions, funding rates, and derivatives including perpetuals and options.Strong product and interaction design capabilities for complex, information-dense interfaces, with a deep understanding of how professional traders analyze markets and execute trades.Strong product ownership and judgment: able to set direction, break down complex problems, defend professional product standards when opinions differ, and drive execution across teams.Strong to HaveExperience with cross-exchange or cross-market execution, such as professional brokerage terminals, market aggregation platforms, or internal trading systems built for quantitative trading teams.Experience with extensible indicators or trader-facing scripting frameworks, such as systems similar to TradingView Pine Script.Strong understanding of underlying trading infrastructure, including matching engines, risk systems, market-data latency, and order state machines.Strong proficiency with AI tools and the ability to use AI to improve product design, analysis, and execution efficiency.
