We are hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support and ensure the reliability, efficiency, and continuous operation of production equipment within a leading FMCG manufacturing facility.Job Responsibilities Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Supervise and support maintenance engineers and technicians. Plan, identify, and manage required spare parts for maintenance activities. Ensure availability of maintenance tools and proper storage of equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve factory utility issues (Boilers, Chillers, Compressed Air Systems). Supervise maintenance activities for mechanical equipment and production machinery. Monitor and analyze technical reports for production lines. Track and improve equipment performance using KPIs, including MTTR & MTBF. Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across production lines.
